Defeat a Blackram Mercenary Underling at the northern
overlook in Sentinel Coast to obtain a drumstick, then beat the
drum to lure out the Blackram Mercenary Captain.

I've learned that the Blackram Mercenaries meet at a strategic overlook north of here.
From there, they keep an eye on our camp and launch sneak attacks. I'm sure they're up there spying on us as we speak. I'd appreciate your help. The Blackram Mercenary Captain hides in the overlook.
The captain only comes out when called by a war drum. Use the drum to call out the captain for a surprise of a lifetime!
