Greetings all! Thank you for maintaining and updating this wiki, as well as creating a community for B&S players where they can turn to for questions, advice, or just camaraderie.
I recently tried Blade & Soul through steam, and I couldn't make myself stick with it. The game's artwork is beautiful, and play is super smooth. I was a really big fan of the skill based action combat system, and I thought the unique approach to player movement abilities (like leaping and super running) were incredibly fun.
The things that killed it for me were the overwhelming plethora of ...well...EVERYTHING that the game offered. I felt bombarded with things to do, rewards and mini-rewards, abilities, movement abilities..I got lost in trying to purpose. The final nail in the coffin was the P2W aspect, but I understand a companies drive for making money.
Since then I've trolled forums and message boards, always silently keeping track and awaiting a time when the game would rise again...or receive a well-run player-server...but that's always the dream!
I've also had the opportunity to do a bit of research on other games with awesome graphics and kick-ass gameplay. I knocked out a little article on GamersDecide, and if want to have a peep, I'll include a link after I explain a bit more about it.
Besides B&S, Heavy-Hitters Black Desert Online, The Elder Scrolls, Monster Hunter: World, and Lost Ark are on the list. Toss in the super-hyped MU Legend, Anime-MMO sensation Peria Chronicles, and some other beastly games heavily influenced by Diablo and the JMMO genre in general, and you can see there is some quality stuff here. I followed a multi-tiered equation to researching each game, some of which involved creating starter characters, researching Discord and Reddit servers, and watching Youtube videos to pull as much info about each facet of each games as I could.
The article includes my honest opinions about the games, as well as screenshots of gameplay and videos by popular Youtubers such as TheLazyPeon, NoviekPG, and MMOByte.

I'd appreciate your feedback! What did you like about the article? What did you dislike? What would you like to see more of?
Stay safe out there gamers!
